Glass Panels:

  • 2mm. (nominal) edge ground and polished float glass.
  • Dimensional tolerances are +/- 1/16"

Plastic Panels:

  • 0.035" thick optically clear polystrene.
  • Supplied with a peel-away protective film on both sides
  • Dimensional tolerances are +/- 1/16"

Backing Panels:

  • MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) Panels, 1/8" thick,  3/16" thick for larger sizes (24x36" / 27x41")
  • Panels backs are grooved around all 4 sides to accept clips for clip frames.
  • Dimensional tolerances are +/- 1/16"
  • This is NOT an archival material

Moldings:

  • Extruded ABS plastic - with co-bonded mylar or metal surface foil

Clips

  • Nickel plated spring steel.
